Support Don’t Punish: Experiences of community advocacy and harm reduction programmes

Collectively, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya and Malaysia are home to over 3 million people who inject drugs.While the national contexts differ, challenges relatingto punitive drug laws and poor access to essential harm reduction services are common to all. Common, too, is the desire among people who inject drugs to organise in order to claim their human rights and advocate for access to services.
