  • Manager: Grants & Accounting > Closing Date: 2019-02-20

    The Manager: Grants and Accounting will be responsible for the day to day management of all grants program in line with various donor requirements.  In close co-ordination with Programmes Team, the Grants and Accounting Manager will take lead responsibility in ensuring that funds disbursed to the Alliance’s sub-recipients are properly accounted for, in Iine with donor contractual agreements and project deliverables.  S/he will provide technical support to the internal staff and Alliance’s partner organisation in all areas of financial management and local legislations.  S/he will also contribute during the preparation of various proposals, especially in development of competitive and accurate budgets, as part of resource mobilisation process.

    The Manager will be taking autonomous responsibility for the results of his/her team, in ensuring the overall welfare and success of Alliance India, managing task forces and working groups.

  • Consultant State Coordinator – Linkages > Closing Date: 2019-02-21

    The consultant will be primarily responsible for the effective implementation and ensuring quality in deliverables of the programme in their responsible State.  The State Coordinator will thus be responsible for managing and providing programmatic, technical and organisational development guidance and support to Community Based Organisations (CBO).  The State Coordinator is responsible to manage capacity building; promoting innovation and documentation of good practice in programming for the benefit of key population.  S/he will also actively represent and contribute to advocacy and capacity building work in the Andhra Pradesh State to ensure increased availability of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services, including reliable coverage across the continuum of care for key populations for community mobilization, conducting activities specific for mobilizing the community for improving access to HIV and MTH related services in the implementation sites of Linkages project.
