    The Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing various training programmes that are being organising for the CBOs. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all the training/capacity building activities planned under the programme in his/her states. S/he will ensure the quality of the training programmes through effective and innovative evaluation methods and quality control mechanisms. The Training Coordinator will also responsible for effectively managing the logistics arrangements required for various training programmes that are being organising in their respective State. S/he will also be responsible for best practice documentation, from the lesson learnt. The person will also support the State team in community mobilisation activities planning under the programme
